In Excellent Condition. Says "NIJ www.ojp.usdo.gov/nij" on it. Has a front zipper pocket; inside zipper pocket and then the main pocket of the bag. Has a clip to keep the flap shut. Is 15 1/2 inches Wide x 14 1/2 inches Tall. Main part of the bags opens 4 3/4 inches Wide. Has an adjustable shoulder strap.
